First device setup
- Open the profile: https://apps.edencore-net.work
- Press "Set up and configure"
- Either copy the subscription link for manual import, or follow the instructions
- Install the recommended app (Happ or INCY) and press "Add subscription" in the guide
The "Connected devices" section shows 0 until the first connection, that's normal. Devices appear after you finish setup and connect for the first time. There's no device limit, the section is informational.
Adding another device (for example, a computer)
- In the profile press "Connect"
- Choose "Connect another device"
- Pick your computer's OS, suggested apps appear
- Install one. Happ is available for all device types
Adding a close person's device
- On the profile home page press "Set up and configure"
- Choose "Other device"
- Press "Copy link"
- Send the link to that person
- They paste it into Happ on their device
Their device is now on your subscription.
Adding family members
- Each family member installs Happ on their device
- In the profile press "Install", then "Other device"
- Choose "Copy link"
- Paste the link in Happ on the family member's device
Connect as many devices as you want: no limit, the "Connected devices" section restricts nothing.
If too many devices piled up
- Contact support, a manager can remove extra devices (name the device model to keep)
- If needed, support issues a new subscription link
- A QR code for connecting is available in your profile
VPN for selected apps only
Want the VPN on just some apps, not the whole phone? Use Happ or INCY:
- Open app settings
- Find "Proxy for selected apps"
- Pick a mode: On (VPN for chosen apps), Bypass (all except chosen) or Off (VPN on the whole phone)
- For your task choose "On" and tick the apps
