What you need

To connect, you need the subscription link (subscription URL). You get it in your profile after payment: the "Set up and configure" button, where you can copy the subscription link.

Once copied, open a VPN client and add the link. It's the same link for every client, only the import menu item differs.

Which client to pick

If unsure, install Happ or INCY: available on all platforms and easiest to set up.

Platform Clients
Android Happ, INCY (recommended), V2rayNG, V2rayTun, NekoBox/Throne (advanced)
iOS Happ, INCY, V2rayTun, Shadowrocket (paid), Streisand
Windows Happ, INCY, V2rayN, Throne, Clash Verge Rev
macOS Happ, INCY, V2rayN, Throne, ClashMac
Linux Happ, INCY, V2rayN, Throne, Clash Verge Rev

Install apps from official sources: Google Play, App Store or the developer's GitHub release.

Import in different clients

Happ, V2rayTun, V2rayNG

  1. Open the app
  2. Find the add button: "Add""Import from clipboard" or "Add subscription by URL"
  3. The link picks up automatically if already copied

V2rayN, Throne (Windows / macOS / Linux)

  1. Right-click the app icon in the tray
  2. Choose "Import from clipboard", or the "Subscriptions" menu → "Add"

Clash clients (Clash Verge Rev, ClashMac)

  1. Open the "Profiles" section
  2. Choose "Import by link"
  3. Paste the subscription and save

Shadowrocket (iOS)

  1. Home tab
  2. "+" button in the corner
  3. "Import from clipboard" or type "Subscribe" and paste the URL

After import

  1. The subscription appears in the server list
  2. Pick a node, for example "Autoselect" or a server near you
  3. Press the connect button
  4. Verify by opening any site or an IP check service

If it doesn't work

The link won't import or throws an error

  • Make sure the link was copied fully, no spaces or line breaks
  • Check the import format: "subscription" and "single config" are different menu items
  • Try another client: Happ and V2rayTun parse links more reliably than older builds

The subscription imported, but the server list is empty

  • Refresh the subscription manually: "Update" / "Update subscription" in the app
  • Check the device internet: updating the list needs access to the panel

Connected, but no internet

  • Turn off other VPNs, proxies and ad blockers that conflict
  • Check routing mode: should be global (TUN), not "for selected apps only"
  • Try another server in the list, a node might be temporarily down

App not in the App Store (RF)

  • Change your Apple ID region to another country (e.g. Kazakhstan) in account settings
  • Or use an alternative: Shadowrocket, Streisand or Karing, available directly

If nothing helps, contact support with your device model, app name and version, and the exact error text.
